Overview
It is the Travelers/Groups decision to obtain Travel Insurance. We work with many Third Party Vendors and do not process Refunds. All payments are Final and Nonrefundable.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable Products
- Purchased Excursions and Trip Add-ons
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This is up to the discretion of the Travel Provider and Third Party Vendors.
Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 14 Business Days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
Trips can be purchased as Gifts. Please verify they have the correct Travel Document, either a REAL ID or Passport. Please notify us at info@swankyforest.com if purchasing a Trip Gift.
